The Admissions Process

Although the admissions process begins with a single telephone call, it culminates with the efforts of the professionals on Hanley Center’s Multidisciplinary Team meeting the needs of each patient individually. From the initial information call with one of our Information Specialists, to the initial assessment by a Clinical Case Manager, patients and family members are treated with the respect and understanding only a trained professional can provide. In addition, patients are provided with a Financial Case Manager who helps explore, determine and explain funding options. Upon arriving at Hanley Center, the admissions process continues as the patient meets with his or her assigned Case Manager and also undergoes a comprehensive medical assessment by a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Following detoxification, patients meet individually with their Counselor as well as other key members of Hanley Center’s Treatment Team, including Spiritual Care Counselors, Wellness Specialists, Psychiatrists and Psychologists. Information gathered throughout the entire process determines the treatment plan, which is designed to meet individual patient needs.
